Since our CIF was posted we have been meeting weekly, reviewing Pastor Information Forms (PIF), and gathering additional information about candidates.   Currently we are still accepting new PIFs, but at the same time we are advancing promising candidates in our process.  We have conducted several phone interviews and have listened to talks provided by candidates.  Please pray for us, that we may hear who God is calling, as we have qualified candidates and the discernment process will be a difficult one.

We have completed the CIF (Church Information Form) which is essentially the job description for the new associate pastor.  We have spent hours meeting with stake holders, reviewing surveys, and praying to develop a job description that is representative of our current need.  The CIF has been approved by session and the Seattle Presbytery, it is online and we are ready to accept PIF’s (Pastor Information Forms…applications).  We appreciate your prayers and support during our discernment process.
